Plots of 500 sq.yd are currently available in the rates of about Rs 25,000 to 30,000 psyd. It depends on the location, and if the plots are in proximity of the village then the lower rates apply.  

If you are a seller, then it is probably not possible to sell your plot if it is near a village even at Rs 22,000 psyd - there just aren't enough buyers in the market.
