Is there a home for blinds in /around gurgaon where one can go and provide food/meals?

1.    More than 45 to 60% Road users are not following Traffic Rules (Except those areas, where some high rank Traffic Policeman exists). One of good example NH-8, where most of the commuters take diversion from un-identified diversions like under the raw fly-overs etc.
2.    We never respects Signals on the Roads
3.    More than 20-30% Commuters are seems to be stupid or fool, who always take wrong side, whenever a jam come on their regular lane, like this type of more reasons. Sadar Bazar, Rajeev Chowk, Iffco Chowk, MG Road are the good example. In my view this type of stupid should be panelized heavily as they are main cause to create mess on the roads.
4.    Our great NHAI takes most of the time wrong decisions to open / close the diversions. It is also one of the main cause of the Traffic Jam. But this adds only 10%.
5.    For the remaining our Traffic Police and Road Situations are responsible.

In the last, we forgot to add those trucks / buses, which usually break-down on the crossing due to irregular servicing of them.

If we see the trend, most of the case we are the responsible to create the mess on the roads and we are blaming to government. And It is my believe , If we correct ourselves on Point number 1 ,2 and 3 , traffic jams will reduce to 80%. As 4 & 5 exists in most of countries even including developed country.

1. Do not use any painkiller other than  Paracetamol(crocin) for fever. Painkillers affect the platelet  function, which are already reduced in Dengue fever. Reduced platelet  function and number can cause bleedingcomplications.

2. Symptoms of Dengue fever are no different from routinely seen  viral fever or flu, so do not becomplacent. Get your platelet count  checked.

3.  If platelet count is reduced,  the diagnosis can be confirmed by SEROLOGY TEST which is available at  almost all the hospitals.

I am offered to purchase a freehold Plot in Borehamwood, London for 11.2 lakhs. These people says that I will get a registered sale deed from UK's Her Majesty Land Registry for 200 sq.mtrs.

I have got an offer from a company. This is offering me more salary and facilities than Current one.

But this company is compititor company of current i.e. doing same type of work but with different tools and technologies. Can my current company give me any legal notice. which can harm me.

I am living Sector 5, Gurgaon. Currently Transfered from Ch. Dadri. Need a Gas Connection.

Because I have No house of my own, hence no "Ration Card". Can you pls tell me what are documents required for getting new connection.

Locality should be good and Rent - 4000 - 5500.

I came to DLF in March 2006. Immediately after coming I enquired about the gas connection and was told by Shanti Gas Service that new connections were not being given that time. They asked me to check after a couple of weeks. Since March 2006 till last month I kept enquiring about the new gas connection and every time I was told that the new connections are not being given.

In August, I casually discussed about this problem with one of the colleague in my office and he immediately suggested me to check with Bharat Gas's office. After calling up in the offfice in Hissar & Faridabad I came to know the connections are very much open and is available immediately. I also got the mobile number of Mr. Tanyal who is Bharat Gas's manager this Gurgaon area. Mr. Tanyal assured me that the connection is open and I should go to Shanti Gas Service with all the relevant papers to get the connection.

I reached Shanti Gas and asked for the connection. The person sitting there showed no hesitation in lying again that new connections are not open and I should enquire next month. I called up Mr. Tanyal right in front of the person. Hearing Mr. Tanyal's name this person became nervous and started signaling me to hang up as he would give the connection. Nevertheless I made that guy speak to Mr. Tanyal and after that it took less than 10 minutes to get the new gas connection. Right there when the guy was preparing papers for my connection, two other guys came asking for the new connection and this person had the guts to lie to them also.

I felt like a complete fool standing there. I was trying for the connection since March'2006 and never doubting even for a second that the people in Shanti Gas Service are blatantly lying to me.

Imagine the condition of the people who are denied such basic amenities as gas connection. With the spurt of growth all around and India being recognized as the Information Technology power in the world, there are still shops like Shanti Gas Service who are sadly linked to the company of Bharat Gas repute. I felt ashamed of the people of my country and the fact that basic amenities are DENIED to common man just because some people in the chain are GREEDY & CORRUPT.

As projects at Rs 8000/sq ft are now being launched it is a threshold that will be set and prices awill escalate further to get to this range for normal properties.

It is also evident that the development of the Indian urban areas is not taking place other than builders building small localities, hence some of these colonies are bound to be the focal point of any property worth acquiring and hence builders and their properties will continue to escalate.

The much awaited(by buyers) and feared(by speculators/brokers etc.) correction seems to have started knocking the doors in Gurgaon. Actual transactions in terms of sale agreements being at an all time low in the past three months, the prices have started softening. The first ones to experience this are the numerous CGHS in and around Sector 55, 56. From a high of about 2700 psf, prices in good locales are down to 2550...the white component has substantially gone up and the sellers are now ready to discuss discounts on immediatel closure.

This follows a significant reduction in actual disbursements of Home loans  by HDFC/ICICI/LIC/Citi etc. clearly feeling the pinch of the rate increase.
Sales targets are under pressure and special camps have been organised aby at least 2 MNC banks.Clearly, the high performers in Gurgaon have to now keep the churn happening as year end appraisals are currently on.

For those hoping for MNCs to come in...well a reality check is in order: two big ones are about to step in, Dell, with its pink premises already an eyesore and another big BPO.Both will have fresh engineers who can by no stretch of imagination afford to by at the current rates.

So to summarise( and play fortune teller :)

1. Prices are softening
   
2. Home loans are negotiable...you CAN GET 8.75% if you knock the right doors at the right time.
   
3. Do not worry about Diwali taking prices further...the world wants a share of that wallet around diwali...last thing is real estate in an uncertain market.
   
4. DLF,Unitech,BPTP...all say "sold out in 2 hours"...you can still buy at original booking in Escape,Freedom park life,Uniworld city...importantly as many as you want.
   
5. Gurgaon is over priced, everything that goes up HAS to come down.Its time now.
