Some Reasons For Huge Interest In Sector 57, HUDA Gurgaon Properties

As a regular visitor on the GurgaonScoop.com site I was amazed to see Sector 57 suddenly emerge as a hot property investment. I enquired from Mr Avinash (9811911777) of Dream Consultants what the current rate of property in sector 57. He informed me that the premium varies from 8200 to Rs. 13000 depending upon location and size of the plot. I was amazed to hear this. I again asked why is sector 57 so hot.
  • Avinash replied that the sector is located between two very good sectors and Spread over an area of 568 acres. Sector 57 is also one of the biggest sectors in Gurgaon. As many as 2,953 residential plots of varying sizes were advertised by HUDA in this sector.
  • Not just that, Sector 57 is also being labelled as the destination point for those wanting to breathe fresh as HUDA plans to develop the adjoining Sector 52A exclusively for parks.
  • The two sectors adjoining Sector 57 are well developed and HUDA, has invited applications for the allotment of hospital sites in Sector 57. Any individual society, trust, institution, or company was eligible to make an application. The area of the sites varies from 8.30 to 15 acres at the rate of Rs 3552 per sq. yd.
  • It's proximity to facilities is a USP.
These may be some reasons why many consider the sector a hot property.
