A prelaunch by a major builder is taking place on October 18, 2005, and it is imperative that we have the booking cheques in our hands before October 18 (or very soon after) so that they can be submitted to the builder. It is expected to be a completely sold-out offer, and the booking is on a first-come-first-served basis.

The booking amount is Rs 4 lakhs, and the cheques should be drawn in favor of the builder. For 2 BR only the downpayment option is available. The 3 BR units are available on a construction linked plan.

Here is how it is going to look like ...

But before you rush to send us your cheques, please read the following.

The project is being launched at Rs 2600 per sq.ft, and the inaugural discount is *expected* to be around Rs 75 per sq.ft. The effective cost of the 2 BR downpayment plan is expected to be around Rs 2400 per sq.ft. There are going to be 798 apartments, and they are coming up next to the existing Unitech project "The Close". (click here for the location - Location Of Unitech's Close )

The following are the specifications, but the layouts are not yet available.

  • 3 BR - 1629 sq.ft (3 BR 2 Ba), 1794 sq.ft (3 BR 3 Ba), 1815 sq.ft (3 BR 2 Ba 1 Servant Quarter), and 1877 sq.ft (3 BR 3 Ba 1 Servant Quarter)
The units come with complete woodwork, modular kitchen, geysers, bath tub, and power backup. Other things planned are Swimming Pool, Kid Pool, Indoor Games Room, Activity Room, Multipurpose Hall, Health Club, Kid Play Room, Media Room, Squash Court, and Convenience Stores. Situated in Nirvana Country - what else can you expect but ... nirvana.
