1. What is the current status on your premium residential project, GurgaonOne?

We have 5 categories of apartment plans: Garden Heights, Garden Terrace, Garden Pavilion, Garden Greens, and Garden Villas.
Construction Activity During The Month - February 2005 Was As Follows:
Garden Heights - I, Upper Basement roof slab completed.
Garden Heights - II, Upper Basement roof slab completed.
Garden Heights - III, Upper Basement roof slab completed.
Extended Basement work near Garden Pavilion - II completed.
Garden Pavilion - II, Lower Basement roof slab completed.
Garden Pavilion - I, Lower Basement roof slab completed.
Garden Terrace - II, Lower Basement work completed.
Garden Heights - III, Lower Basement work completed.
In the Sample Apartment, Pipes & stone cladding completed, tiles work in the toilets is in progress. On the ground floor i.e. Living/Dining/ Lobby, floor work was completed and painting work i.e. internal and external of Sample Apartment was initiated.

2. What date of delivery have you committed to for the completion of the GurgaonOne project?

The possession date of "GurgaonOne" is December 2006.

3. What systems do you establish before start of a construction project so as to have timely completion?

The Design, Planning and Drawings of the entire project are frozen before hand, along with all due approvals from concerned Government departments.
Procurement of raw material is planned and all sources are identified before start of Construction.
Ensuring before-time availability of raw material on site.

4. What are the various practices followed by Alpha Buildtech to ensure smooth, uninterrupted flow of construction activity?

Timely payment schedule with the concerned Vendors and Contractors.
Regular monitor of the Construction progress by our experts.

5. At Alpha Buildtech how do you ensure the interests of your buyers?

We are fully committed to our motto of "Building values -value buildings". Of course like all good developers, we stringently follow the Standard Quality Control Procedure.
Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the required cost control in the construction activity is a must.

6. In this age of advanced systems in simultaneous construction, what steps have you taken to deliver the GurgaonOne project as per your commitment? Any innovative method used to ensure timely delivery?

Simultaneous construction of all blocks in "GurgaonOne".
Latest Technology Batching Plant on the site to ensure optimum quality of Construction.
Procurement/supply chain has been fully set up and established for "Start to Finish" of entire project.

We bought an apartment here under the assupmtion that the developers were the same as the ones for Central park 1 but we came to know later that these guys just worked as employees with Mahindra Gesco who developed the top notch quality apartment block Central Park 1.
Morover I feel now it is bad buy because of it being in the not so posh Old Gurgaon road and the number of pigs running around it and the smell of industries around it.
Guess we will have to live with it...

I am living on rent near the Gurgaon 1 and if it will be readt by end 06, i may like to perhaps buy a unit. Which floor is it that you have, how big is it and what's expectation per square feet?

Apparently this is one property which is not being advertised and as a result there is still not much market awareness on the same.maybe Mr.Sen should have a look into this and bring some correction to the same.

understand that same is on the Old-Gurgaon Road
and also that the ATS project is located behind this property.

any idea of the current rates?
