Hey i wish to invest in KLJ Greens.I wish to know how authentic they are and if some existing customer could tell me about their experience with them it would be really great.

and also if somebody makes up his mind to sell a 3BHK @1500 per sq.ft. kindly leave your number so that i can contact you.

Hi everyone

I am planning to invest in KLJ green Fridabad project. What is the present rates or that project? My budget is between 25-26 lacs. Can someone tell me what is the status of those builders? Because in the market there is no news about them. They got all the legal things to start the project?

I Heard In Market that KLJ Group Is a well Known Company from the Last 40 Years in Plactics & Petrochemicials Bussiness.

There is a good appreciation in this Property, I think So !..............

Hi Nidhi,

Would you have an idea about status of KLJ Greens Project at Faridabad. we have also invested in a 3 bed room apartment and havent heard anything from the guys.. Neither do we see any ads for this property in news paper. We are living abroad and can not do a regular follow up.

I would also like to know about the progress on KLJ gree project. I heared that it is a good group and have seen many ads (direct and agents) in Times Of India. But apart from that dont have much update when they are actually starting up the construction.
Would you guys have any update??? Please let me know.

can somebody suggest - how much time builders take between progresses of lavels. such as time between excavation and 1st floor, time between 1st and 2nd flour etc.
also, does anyone know - whether KLJ received license by now?

does anybody have any idea - how is this group, how is the area of nahar par in faridabad, hwo is the location of this place, when are they going to give possession, whether they can increase cost and demand more with time, etc

the re-sale rate is 1500-1520 per sqft
the company's rate is 1750 less 2% disc

the project is licensed without any hasssles

KLJ has issued a demand note for additional 20% over & above 15%.
Is it safe to PAY SO MUCH MONEY W/O ANY PROGRESS ON SITE?

how do I beleive the project is genuine and it is worth investing in their Fardiabad project??? From where do I confirm that KLJ Town Planners have acquired the land and the LOI???

KLJ is a well established group in the market from 1968. They are very big player in the Chemical Industry and have backing of around 700 Crore Rs. They have been financing BPTP projects from a long time. This is thier first project as an individual in the Resedential space. They are planning to complete the project by end of 2009 and would be at par with other good builders of this business...
