As usual Raheja Design & Contract Ltd. is a making fraud with customer in all projecta, In Raheja City they have only CLU land and no satuatory approvals from JDA and no map approved, making customer fool on the name of provisional allotment which is illigal. They launched the project in 2006 and now till date they are without approvals.

In raheja Height the already change the location from RJS coloney to patrakar colony which is clearly mention in booking form that they never launched project namly raheja residential complex they only launched in 2006 Reheja Height project and raheja Tower project. they merged height project in tower project and change the name Raheja Residential complex.

So many customer is already in state of cheat just beacuse of raheja tower price is lesser then hieght they transffered the height customer without and information and knowledge.

In Bangluru the havnt projcet even in sonepat kundali they sold the project and customer is without knowledge again.
