A SCHEME for 400 HIG and 15 Duplex houses is set to be launched next week. The HIG flats are located in Sector 105 and Duplex flats in Sector 108. Both the sectors are in prime locations, on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
Noida Authority DGM(H) R.P. Kalra said, "Up to 400 HIG flats in Sector 105 are ready and would be offered for sale next week. The cost of each flat will be about Rs 35 lakh, houses in fourstoreyed apartments. The cost of upper-storeyed flats would cost a little less depending on which floor they are. The total covered area of a flat is 16,00 square feet.
Fifteen Duplex houses will also be offered for sale. The cost of each will be about Rs 50 lakh. The total plot area is 162 square metre and total covered area of a flat 2,000 square feet. They are double-storeyed independent house having a servant room on the top floor.
