I am a resident of Valley view Estate Gurgaon.
I want to bring to notice of HUDA that it is high time that the Gurgaon- Faridabad road is given some attention.
- The traffic flow has increased exponentially in the past few months
- The majority of the traffic is due to heavy vehicles
- The road has very many ups-dows, as it is hilly area, and apart from that, it is very bumpy and not of good standards.
- There is NO LIGHT AT ALL !!!
The entire stretch of the road has nothing but empty lands and thorn bushes, and there is no light on the road. This is very dangerous and has proved to be , because there are lot of accidents happening almost everryday. Most of the trucks do not have a proper backlight or sometimes stray dogs and cows come mid-way. However in the absence of the street lights on the road, it put the driver to danger.
The road which would have been a pleasure to travel is a nightmare now...
It is very difficult in the night especially because the road is not wide enough and also, there is no divider and adding to the fact the many hair-pin bends, add to the danger.
Gurgaon and Faridabad are the top most cities of Haryana, where the goverment gets tax from lots of citizens esp from IT sector and BPO sector. However commuting between these 2 cities is becoming difficult because of this road, which if improved could deifinitely help in sorting out traffic in Gurgaon as well as Delhi. And also would reduce the travel time between Gurgaon-Faridabad to 15 - 20 minutes !!!
