Hey, Do you Believe to have a Freehold Plot in LONDON for Rs 11.2 Lakhs ?

You must have seen ads in the newspapers like Hindustan Times HT Estates, and Times of India's Times Property ....

Please tell me if you have some information about UKLI's London site.

I am offered to purchase a freehold Plot in Borehamwood, London for 11.2 lakhs. These people says that I will get a registered sale deed from UK's Her Majesty Land Registry for 200 sq.mtrs.

They are asking for Payment in 15 days.

this company is fraud and a scam. please research all bbc article and check the moneyweb article which all relates to a fraud. why are they wooing indians..... you make your call

I m not sure, if thats true or not, but that should be true, also u can check it yourself by checking on the internet about some UK real estate developer. But u ll have to keep in mind that the building cost in these countries is not less, its very high becoz of costly labor. Its not like India, where you have a plt for 1 crore & construction cost of 15-20 lacs. Its almost 1:2, i.e. if your land cost $100K the cost to contruct will cost approx $100K. So make an investment from that view point. I am based in Australia, & i have seen chaep land but costly construction.

It is a piece of land which is being offered right? Why confuse the people by bringing up high construction cost when it is not applicable on this investment.

Can someone tell what is the distance from Central London (Say Trafalgar Sq) of the site offered by UKLI? Proximity in Minutes could be really misleading. You can go round ring road of delhi in 30 minutes at 2:00 am

Dear Friend....I have in usa for last 7 years and was in Australia before that and love to go to England for visit.

First of all I am just curious what made you think to Invest there. I would recommend not to do it if you don't have knowledge about the place and laws which cover them. In these countries things are easy in many ways but when difficult... could be a lot.

Well good luck and just think many times and workout all the details before you make a final decision.

Dear friend,

I live in London. This company is not fraud, the info yu have is 100% genuine. The only catch in the process - this land does not have planning permission as yet and might take 4-5 yrs to get it. If you can hold, you will definitely make 4-5 folds, but as always there is a slightest possibility of not getting approved. Thats where the risk is and that' sway it sounds cheap at this stage.

But believe me regulations are very strict in this country and there are many companies who are doing this land business in this country.

i will rather invest with a c or d grade builder in a place like neemrana or bikaner then to invest in a place that is not even in my country.
guys u have 2 be kiddin if ur thinkin of investing in this.
this is nothin but stupidity.
even if all the thing they claim are true then also u can never go and construct your house there.
u cant rent it.
i have no idea how will u resale it.

Pl. do not walk into a trap.Dishonesty and frauds are equitably distributed all over the world.Our country alone does'nt have monopoly over these attributes of character.Greed is a great motivating factor to grab other peoples' money.In case of fraud in this case would you like camp in England to contest your case legally?

This is not a fraud.As Rakesh stated you need to get planning permission before any development can be done on the site. And it takes around 10 years time to get the planning permission and not 4-5 years as Rakesh suggested.The deal is all legal and in white.

Did you care to check who are the promoters of this company? and where are they based? Do they have a background in development of Real Estate (or are simply land traders) - If you care to find out who the promoters are - you simply cannot get any information, on the internet however there is some information - that the promoters are Indians!!! Now what do you say

The promoter of this comapny is a person called baljinder chohan know as bally chohan. He is a fraud and is a know fraud for cheating people. He makes his staff and cusomers fooles and takes there money and spends it. What is the company worth check it out how many sites have planning...be aware of the fraudstar

the persons sometimes sending positive comments are themselves the promoters of the projects. The thing is out in todays Hindustan times with the name of the company. that this land is farm land. and in well planned cities the things dont get approvals as of now. as it is already preplanned. do you get my point. its like delhi has to develop so it will make changes and uk is developed so changes for such a small amount is nothing. small amount means that on 11 lakhs you can live in uk just for 22 months dat too not like a visitor but a inhabitant. so forget about this thing.
