Is It A Good Idea To Invest In The Green City project in Bhiwadi?

Hi,

Is it a good idea to invest in plots in the Green City project in Bhiwadi @ 4450 per sq yard? The builder has 2 projects going on in Agra and Lucknow and is starting new projects in Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Sonepat etc. Please advice.

I think it is a good project though delayed and
they might not do whole of the project at one go.
it might be in phases.they have a dharuhera project smack opposite hero honda factory. it is good, they have the sample flat ready and i think it is fairly priced too.
the honda small car plant will change the face of bhiwadi, so any property in bhiwadi can only be a good investment.

Hi

Whatever options are available, greencity appears to be a good developer.. The Lucknow project is already approved by HDFC, ICICI and few other banks and I have personally seen the details..

bhiwadi is a big project and perhaps the only plotted project on that road..

Agra project appears to be good too..

Thus I feel its safe and surely good investment.. I personally will invest either in Lucknow or Bhiwadi..

even I am in a dilemna as to which builders are good in Bhiwadi for buying a plot--M.tech or Greencity or dreamland or denver or whatever and whether its worth the buy for investment purposes. Gurgaon is already unaffordable. There are always doomsayers but without a decision nothing is ever done

I'm interested in knowing more about Bhiwadi NRI-City project. I belive this is Pre-Launch project. Could you please tell me whether the license has been obtained or not?

Also if anybody could let me know what is plan to launch the project, I will really appreciate any info in this regard.

You just invest where realityplanet is saying.
Bcoz he will get commission from Narayan group, not from Green City.

Everybody is having their own views.
Go and do some research before invseting anywhere.

There are already so many projects availble in Jaipur and so many new are coming. How can one expect appreciation there soon?

Bhiwadi is atleast near to Gurgaon, Bawal, Neemrana(Industrial hubs), and expected SEZ.

Realty Planet is approached by all the developers for marketing of their projects but it selects few projects after doing research & analysis professionally.
Narayan Group has executed many projects and all together over 1 Crore Sq Yards is under development. The group has track record of handing over 20000 properties to individuals. The company has already received approval from JDA for their Infinity Project & appointed Hafeez Contractor as an Architect. The project is located on SEZ Road & Mahindra & Mahindra SEZ is under implementation. The location is excellent as it is only 4.5 Kms from Jaipur Airport.
It always takes very long time for the habitation in case of plots where as people start living in flats after posession is offered. Narayan Infinity offers basic amenities such as power backup,24 hrs water supply, security, good landscaping & horticulture, 3 clubs & swimming pools.
Choice is with the investor/user but you can trust professional & logical advice.

M-tech builder is better as it belongs to the ANS group and also the location of the project is much better.

I have a flat in Narayan Infinity ,Jaipur
It is a 2 bedroom first floor flat,
It is a park facing flat
I heard a rumour that the construction wprk is really slow there
So should i stay with the flat or sell it out
I have only paid the first  instalment(2 LAcs)

Pls suggest
Will it b profitable to stay with narayan infinity or not?

Pls suggest asap
