Nanopolitics destroying Nanocity plans worth Rs 50,000 cr.

Sabeer Bhatia plans for nanocity in rural region of panchkula would be highly beneficial even if his project starts now and even if it won't be a big hit after few years. This project is attracting attentions of big universities and highly oriented R&D companies, i don't have any reason to say that why it shouldn't be a Hit.

Coming to that region, Land is not fertile and in most part, even agriculture is not possible.. Now the reason why this project should start is availability of land adjoining with best city of India where infrastructure is best. The whole belt of chandigarh, panchkula, nanocity in barwala/raipur, mohali , DLF SEZ in ambala will become the Nation's pride.

Comparing it to other regions, NCR regions are already overpriced and its almost impossible to get that much land where biggies like reliance are already present for their pie. Similar is the case for Blore, Hyderabad and Pune.

Then why nothing is happening in ground level??

The major bottleneck for such a dream city is only politics. Yes Politics..
1.) Chander Mohan (elected from Panchkula), elder son of Bhajan Lal , Deputy CM.
2.) Chief Minister Hooda .

Their tussle (even if they are of same party) will greatly affect this region development and if it continues, then ppls of panchkula and adjoining regions will never ever vote for these politicians in future.

When infrastrucutre of panchkula is so much good, then Why development of small Panchkula tech park is so slow.. These ministers have gone to China for learning SEZ theme. But it seems that they have learnt nothing. When China can bulit 565 sq km of SEZ from scrtach in 16 years, then i can say that India will take 160 years just because of these politicians.

Lots of companies want to invest in these regions but the problem is with policitians. Why the hell these two man tussle is hampering plans for almost 50,000 crores of development.

Even land acquistion in that region is not so difficult.  Team from Berkeley UC and Stanford university want to do master planning for Nanocity and even they have indicated POLITICS as MAJOR BOTTLENECK for this project. If u want proof, then go to these university website and search for nanocity project, there are already proposed courses and seminars conducted. Their team should be present in India by this time working on master plan but it seems that because of these poiliticians tussle, nothing has started and nothing will start and project will scrap before it get started.. What a politicians we have in this nation???

That's why ppls with ideas move out of this nation where Red-Tapism, politics and corruption are key characeterics in any government office.

Whatsoever Sabeer Bhatia previous projects, but we should believe in that guy potential whose day dreaming project of Hotmail got attention of World No. 1 sw company and he sold hotmail at 400 Million $ and his age was just 28.

Even arzoo.com failed alongwith entire dot com sector when whole sector was affected badly in early 20th century.

Anyway before saying anything bad about Man with success, we should atleast give him chance and even that chance is beneficial for us at any cost.. India is growing and these ppls can make it grow in evergreen fashion PROVIDED THESE POLITICIANS SHOULD NOT HAMPER THEIR PLANS OR CREATE HURDLES.

SADLY, OUR POLITICIANS MAKE VOICES ONLY BUT ON GROUND LEVEL THESE GUYS CAN ONLY HAMPER GROWTH PLANS JUST FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR CHAIR AND BAD-POLITICS.
