1.) Sabeer Bhatia is planning nanocity in Pkl.
2.) Panchkula tech park is upcoming new project.
3.) Even Chandigarh IT park which is developing very fast, is just 3-4 KMs away from that place.
That's just the development.. Chd/PKL boundaires are limited and even Anand Jain of reliance promoted has invested 11% stake in PKL (of Rs 1100cr Real Estate fund)..
others proofs are that Reliance Ind Ltd bot 100 acres of land for residential project in Surajpur region ajdacent to Pkl/IT park and DLF is building township in Pinjore (Pkl district) because of above mentioned factors..
DLF-Hilton, Uppal and Raddison are making 5 star hotels in CCR.
Well CCR is the place where almost every punjabi NRI wants a pie and the tricity boundaries are limited and even if there is lesser demand, there is not even much supply to fill that demand..
And if u have ever seen infrastrucutre in PKl, then its almost equivalent to Chd.. Not less that that.. and much better than noida, gurgaon, blore etc etc..
Anyway I am not the real estate agent but an IT professional and I have done sufficient reserach in that place..
Try to learn and show facts befor attacking fellow boarders. It will be really interesting if u have got good answer contrarian to above shown factors..
