What Are The Current Prices of Raheja Atlantis on NH8 In Gurgaon?

By Unregistered Visitors, Section Ask Questions
Posted on Tue Apr 24, 2007 at 07:18:14 AM EST

Hi,

I work in MNC located in IMT Manesar, Everyday I travel from Delhi to Manesar. I am planning to shift to gurgaon, I have visited many under construction properties. I found Raheja Atlantis as most suitable for me as it is well located and Construction quality is very good.

As per Raheja's Atlantis will have entry from NH8, but they are not willing to give in writing, and there is another probelm of Bar Malt factory behind it, although there is no smell and that factory has satutaroy approval from Pollution broad.

If someone know more about Atlantis, Please help me to know more facts about this property and what is the market price for 3BHK - Royal.

Thanks in advance

Qubrex's "Real Estate Scanner" (QuRES) (none / 0) (#9)
by Unregistered Visitors on Sun May 06, 2007 at 01:39:23 AM EST

Qubrex's "Real Estate Scanner" (QuRES) launched

Qubrex's "Real Estate Scanner" (QuRES) was launched on 23-02-2007 by QuBrex the real estate division of Delhiscoop, Gurgaonscoop & noidascoop etc.

QuRES a fortnightly newsletter with focus on providing data and information to investors and real estate professionals. Currently the focus of QuRES is Gurgaon, and we will be providing comprehensive data and information about residential and commercial properties.

Our intention is to serve the astute real estate investor, and to provide them with all the necessary information to make informed decisions. With news round-ups, price indices, current price listings, and ad analysis you will have all the market information at your fingertips.
News round-up will provide a summary of the major developments that are likely to have an impact on the prices and sentiment of the property market.

For more detailed news you can visit our websites Qubrex.com, GurgaonScoop.com, NoidaScoop.com, and DelhiScoop.com.

The Qubrex Price Indices are trend indicators that provide a macro-snapshot of the market trends, and the current issue features the Qubrex Gurgaon Apartment Price Index (QuGAPI). The QuGAPI is based on a basket of properties that represent various builders, budget ranges, locations, and projects under various stages of construction in Gurgaon.

In future issues of QuRES we will be introducing more Price Indices that will help capture the trends of commercial and residential properties, and will at a glance provide a market overview to our readers.

The current price listings provide the prices for all major residential and commercial projects, and provide prices which reflect the reality of the marketplace. The listed prices are based on the actual deals that are happening, and also on the confirmed asking/offering prices at which deals can happen.

One innovative feature in this newsletter is called "Ad Analysis." We believe that the quantitative data in the weekend editions of the real estate classifieds, and the builders advertisements published in the property supplements of the major national newspapers are informative about the new and upcoming projects, and also indicative of the market interest of the mentioned properties. We are tallying these classifieds and builders ads and providing quantitative information about them.

In each issue of QuRES we will also spotlight a person, company, project, or location, and provide an insight into the entity featured.

If any user want a complimentory copy of the news letter "QURES" write to Qubrex@gmail.com or call 9811987371.

With warm regards,

Sanjay Sharma

Buy an apartment in Gurgaon and...... (none / 0) (#8)
by Unregistered Visitors on Mon Apr 30, 2007 at 11:13:30 AM EST

Do you know most of the new apartments that have come in possession recently have been refused power connections as  board doesn't have electricity to give including Trinity Towers, new Unitech towers and all new apartments that will come up. Most of the malls are still operating without external power connections.

They survive on D.G sets which gives power at 9-10 /unit.

Continuing all these apartments have not been provided with water connections for the same reasons thus forcing them to survive on ground water.

Do you think it makes sense to pay such premiums in Gurgaon.

Thanks for your comments, Please let me know the specification of your flat.

In the meantime i have received good proposal for DLF Icon, which is expected to to be completed with in this year. the cost for Atlantis and Icon is almost same.

But I am confused as Icon is raw Flat and all around is concrete Jungle. Where as Atlantis is on Highway and Interior are very stylish

I am expecting some genuine comments from Gurgaon property experts to clear my confusion

DLF Flats are Horrible (none / 0) (#7)
by Unregistered Visitors on Sat Apr 28, 2007 at 07:04:17 AM EST

DLF is an 21st century equivalent of DDA when it comes to the flat finish. I live in Trinity towers in DLF Phase 5. In my house toilet flush do not work, showers are defective and door panels are not installted correctly.
It is a pain to see the poor construction quality in a flat worth 1.2 crores.
Avoid DLF if you want a good quality flat.

3800psf is my calculation (none / 0) (#4)
by Unregistered Visitors on Fri Apr 27, 2007 at 12:42:32 AM EST

Rahejas will not get direct access to the highway and thats why they are not willing to give anything in writing. Without the access, one can easily see how difficult the access would be to the project. The green belt is not exactly green either. And going by the construction speed lately I think the possession will be delayed by six months at least. The original date was Sept 2007 and they have already delayed it to December 2007. The company's price was 6000 psf a few months back, now reduced to 5,000 psf as the company could not sell the remaining stock. I expect the market price to be 3800 psf in a few months for Regal specs and 4200-4300psf for Royal specs

3900 psqft (none / 0) (#1)
by Unregistered Visitors on Thu Apr 26, 2007 at 07:28:25 AM EST

I visited this place. The price is 5000 psqft offered by the builder after a discount on 6000 psqft. I think even the discounted price is very high. Some resell ads mention the price upto 3900 p sqft. It will be good to wait as the price will drop further.
