Please beaware of this store.
I needed to get a modular kitchen done. One of the employees, Ghanshyam, came and took the kitchen measurements in my house. He also took an advance of Rs.2000 for the design. I asked him if he would refund if I did not agree to go ahead with their design to which he firmly replied in the positive.
He also gave me a written estimate of Rs. 57,000 for the kind of wood I decided to choose. However when I reached their store, the owner's son (Vinayak) quoted a price of Rs.93,000 - almost double of the estimate given.
Ghanshyam flatly refused that he had stated any refunds would be given. Further, Vinayak suggested I go for laminated cabinets.
Inspite of repeated requests they are refusing to refund the advance.
I am now planning to take them to consumer court.
What a nightmare!!!
