Hello, I am planning to buy a 3 bed room apartment in Faridabad Neharpar area (sector 88/89) and currently looking to compare Piyush and RPS.
Apparently in both of these projects, I can get an apartment at the rate (basic + premium) between Rs 1700-1800 per square foot. On top of it, additional cost w.r.t club+parking+location_benefit+dev_charges comes out to be the same.
Though RPS is old name (compared to Piyush), but heard some bad handling by that group.
I am bit confused and looking for some real reviews.
