Which of the two Faridabad (Neharpar) projects viz Piyush RPS are better?

Hello,

I am planning to buy a 3 bed room apartment in Faridabad Neharpar area (sector 88/89) and currently looking to compare Piyush and RPS.

Apparently in both of these projects, I can get an apartment at the rate (basic + premium) between Rs 1700-1800 per square foot. On top of it, additional cost w.r.t club+parking+location_benefit+dev_charges comes out to be the same.

Though RPS is old name (compared to Piyush), but heard some bad handling by that group.

I am bit confused and looking for some real reviews.

Go for BPTP. That's a bigger brand. Helps in long term returns.

Both the projects of RPS savana & Piyush are Good projects in Faridabad.
# Piyush Heights has been launched in 2007 where as Savana was launched in 2006 has sold more than 90% flats from 49 Acres project. Sale Position of Piyush is not known.

Savana is 49 Acre project located at Sec 88, Faridabad offers a combination of 2296 apartments and Piyush Heights is 17.5 Acres (approx.) located at Sec 89, Faridabad offers a combination of 1105 apartments.

# both are situated in the Heart of Greater Faridabad; only 5 minutes drive from proposed Noida express way.
# Nearly 8 kms from South Delhi
# Bank loan facility available

Piyush Group Faridabad has an group housing society, Piyush heights in Faridabad. but the completion of project will take time as it was launched in 2007 and construction is starting

RPS Group has already Build and handed over possession of Green Valley & Paras Appartments in Faridabad.
Construction of Flats at Savana Sector 88 is in full swing as foundation has been completed and GF slab casting has been done in some parts of 27 Tower Complex.
Present Status of the Savana Project is as Under:
    * Construction at site is in full swing for all 27 towers simultaneously.
    * Only 10% units ) left
    * LOI (Letter of Intent) & Licence duly obtained from the Director Township and Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.
    * Approval of Demarcation & Zoning Plan received.
    * Environmental Clearance obtained from Ministry of Environment & Forest, Delhi.
    * No Objection Certificate obtained for the Height of Towers from the Airports Authority of India, Delhi.
    * Building Plans sanctioned from Director Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.
    * Possession to be Handed over in Mar 2010
    * Sample flat ready.
    * RPS Savana approved project for housing finance  by OBC and Syndicate bank housing finance branch New delhi, UTI Bank etc
