Hello,I have been waiting since August 2007 for possession of my flat in The Close North.
Every time I have contacted Unitech, I have been given varied answers on the exact possession date - so I have given up asking them.
Would anyone of you know the commencement of possession at the above mentioned property?
Sources inside Unitech tell me that all the flooring and chinaware would be fitted only after possession that is they when the final installment is made. What does possession mean if they are going to hold the flat for another 3 weeks at the minimum after payment of the final installment? Is that not against the agreement?
The same sources also tell me that there may be an area increase to the tune of 3~5%. Can anyone confirm this as well?
