Before buying any flat in "Wellington" (project of Panchsheel Promoter in Crossing), please visit their SPS Residency project in Indirapuram. The construction quality and maintenance is very very bad. They are really unprofessional.

1. There is a seepage problem in every flat and in the outside of the buildings also. If you visit there, you will see that the buildings look like 20 years old with lots of seepage problem.
   
2. Maintenance is very bad. There is absolutely no security in the building. There was a recent incident of car theft.
   
3. There is no concrete internal roads. They've just put temporary tiles for the internal road which can washed off by heavy rain.
   
4. They've put very low quality lifts in the buildings. Every day two of three peoples got stuck in the lift. There is no intercom installed inside the lifts, the alarm is also not loud. So, if you got stuck in the lift and don't have mobile with you, it may take hours before any one notice you.
   
5. They have delayed their SPS Residency project for more than 6 months, but they are now denying to pay penalty amount. Even they haven't yet alloted parking to the allotees. The parking is a mess inside the society.
   
6. It's more than one year, peoples are staying there. But they haven't yet started the common failities like Gym, Swiiming Pool, Club etc.
