No one, not even the officials concerned, know the reason behind the hold up of the much-hyped project of constructing about 144 hi-tech bus queue shelters (BQS) in the city According to Haryana Roadways (HR) officials, the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is the nodal agency to overlook the construction of the BQS.

The tender has already been awarded. This is all that HUDA officials are wEing to divulge on the matter The city administration officials claim ignorance. It is the residents and commuters of Gurgaon who have to bear the brut of this bureaucratic wrangling.
