BPTP (Business Park Town Planners) Story Continues - Re-Allocates plots without even informing

Hello,

I bought a BPTP plot in Fridabad in 2007.

I picked a premium location of A block on the map and paid extra price of this.

They alloted me a plot and mentioned plot numbers on reciept and transfers documents.

Now when I went to sell it , my buyer went for verfication and told me that plot does not exist.

My agent called BPTP to verify this information and was told " oh ya , we reallocated that plot in  B block, here is your new plot number"

I was shocked !! How can they do it ?  They did not even bother to inform me or given me a chance to pick other plot.I am not sure that if they did only to me as I am NRI or did for all. Or they gave chance to pick better plots to thier near and dear.

Now they are coming up sale of PLC plots. Not sure which ones, but I will find out later or sooner.

If they allocate any plot from A block , I am sueing them for sure and ask a stay on the sale from court.

Guess what now, my plot is at not at that good location , so buyer offered Rs1000 /yard less than orignal. Means 2.5 lakhs loss.

Late payment for not paying payment for parks / roads. But where are roads and parks?

On the other hand BPTP is charging 18% on any late payment.

On the other hand , in Gurgaon where BPTP was supposed to finish construction in Oct 2007  for commercial project ,has not handed over possesion yet.

BPTP  pays rent late every month  on commerical that I own in Gurgaon and pays no interest.

What a double standard !!

No body listens in this company , worst than government department.

Not a professional company at all !!

Think twice if you are NRI as you may not get what you pay for.

Thanks.

This an eye opener for me. I thought BPTP was a renowned builder and i can go in for it blindly.... but i think it is not so. Thanks for sharing this information. I'll pass it around to other people.

Take your loses if you are a NRI (none / 0) (#1)

As a NRI myself, I feel take your loses and dispose off the property. Legal matters can take longer time and can be more expensive with the outcome unknown. Of course, if you are resident Indian now then the situation is different.
