The newly formed market association is also up to its best to make it a most sought after spot in Gurgaon. "To streamline traffic visiting the market complex, shortly we are going to have a meeting with the DCP traffic. We have forwarded communication to the HUDA authorities also. Again, to improve the road conditions, we are going to discuss the issue with the authorities," informs Kanchan Datt, Vice-President of Galleria Condominium Association.

The shopkeepers also voice a feeling of pride and sense of belonging to be a part of the shopping complex. "Here, we have a very customer friendly atmosphere. Cleanliness of the market complex amid a welcome ambience offers a comfortable experience for shoppers and shopkeepers alike," says Archana Gulati, a shopkeeper.

However, to the business community here, most noteworthy feature of Galleria is that the Condominium Association has been trying its best to keep a festive atmosphere in the market complex from time to time. "We like to celebrate all festivals and occasions like summer carnival, winter carnival, X-Mas and different days dedicated to lovers, mothers, father etc. It is a self-sufficient, self contributing market complex without any intervention of external agencies. As such everybody likes to participate in our festivals with great enthusiasms," exults a member of the Condominium Association.
