What is the advantages and disadvantages to buy a flat on top/last floor in high rise building?

Hello experts ..

I am planning to buy a flat in CGHS , where the flat is on the top floor. What is the advantages and disadvantages to buy a flat on top/last floor?.

It was also my consideration when I booked my flat at 10th floor in a 18 floor building.

One disadvantage of top floor I can foresee is that the apt will become too hot during summers. However an advantage of being amongst the top floors (and not just top most) I see is that you won't be having flies/mosquitoes to bother you, and less of dust and noise pollution.

So on the same line, you are likely to experience the bugs problem in the lowest floor. You might also experience more dust and noise pollution.

 Disadvantage for Top FLOOR
In earthquake it is impossible to come down. Fire fighters are not well equiped in case of accident.People go for suicide on top floor, In todays newspaper a news is given.
