Any News On Uppal's The Jade in Faridabad?

Hi,

I have booked a flat in "the Jade" by Uppal in Faridabad sector 86.
My first question "is it a good decision?"

I have not been to Faridabad even once, and know nothing about the area. I plan to live there sometime after 2-3 years.

Can anyone of you please tell me the pros and cons of this investment. I have heard a lot about the Badarpur border, expressway and the Metro being the deciding factors for this place to boom....any news on any of these...

I have heard that the Badarpur border is finally starting as the contract was given to on Jul 01, 2008. Is this true?

Thanks.

Not a good place to live right now.. (1.00 / 1) (#1)

According to me the so called Nahar Par area in which all these new sectors and Apartments are coming up, is not at all an area to live in..
Just because the apartments are cheaper as compared to Gurgaon or Noida, doesn't mean that one should put his/her hard earned money in a place where even dogs will be scared to go in the night... I visited that place somedays back, and believe me, there is nothing in that area in the name of infrastructure, and I mean it when I say "nothing". No roads, no street Lights, no electricity Pillars..
And if someone tells you that developments are going on, then I can say only one thing that it'll take atleast 10 years, may be more for that place to become livable...

My advice to all the investors interested in Faridabad or any other city is: "Before making your investment decision. Please visit the place in the evening or night times. That visit will show you the reality of that area and it'll be very easy for you to make a decision."

Since you have already booked the flat, why are you doing 'Khali-Pilli" with others? Any advise after the happening means nothing. You should had checked before booking the flat. You seem to be having fun from born-losers who will give negative thoughts on everything.

Just go to a temple and wish/pray everything to be OK. Should you lose on investment, your bad karma.

Good luck!

Did you got any discount on the BSP ?

I have heard that people are getting a good discount on Jade which is as high as 10%.

Metro is coming only upto badarpur.

Thanks

who is this 10% man? the dealers have 5% margin themselves. How can they give 10%. 4% is the right thing.
The area is completely new with nobody living now. then how can you find somebody at night? All the builders are giving possession in 2010.
The person who has written the area unlivable does not have any knowledge of real estate. Probably he or noboby in his KHandaan has purchased house.
You have done right thing by purchasing in uppals jade. give me your contact number. we will have a chat.

Uncle's Dream 2010 (none / 0) (#6)

Mr. Uncle..
You are claiming that you know about real estate, then you must be knowing about one thing at least. How much time did it take for Gurgaon to reach where it is now? And that too when it is on the NH8 highway(expressway), close to the international airport, an IT hub etc..etc... And still it is going to take atleast a few years for gurgaon to have proper infrastructure.
And Faridabad??? WOW?? According to you, it'll have good infrastructure in 2010. Just making apartments in a jungle is not enough. Untill and unless, there is proper infrastructure in place, that area cant become livable. I dont think thats gonna happen before 10-15 years atleast.
Dream...dream...dream...
Regards,
Gaurav
