Free residential plots, scholarships for non-creamy layer
Class XI and XII girl students to get Rs. 400 per month, boys to get Rs.200.

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda announced a bonanza of incentives for members of Backward Classes, on Saturday, saying that free residential plots of 100 sq yards would be given to those from Backward Classes (Group A) who have less than one acre of land and do not fall in the creamy layer.
He also announced scholarships for students of the same segment similar to those being given to the students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Below Poverty Line families.
Mr. Hooda, who was speaking at a function organized by the members of the Panchal community at Kurukshetra on Sunday, said that the girl students belonging to Backward Classes (Group A) from classes one to five would be given a monthly scholarship of Rs.150 and boys would be given Rs.75. Similarly, girl students of this community studying from sixth to eighth standard would get Rs.200, those of ninth and tenth would get Rs.300 and those studying in classes XI and XII would be given a scholarship of Rs.400. Boys studying in these classes would be given half of the this amount.
