Haryana Board of School Education has decided to conduct `State Teachers Eligibility Test-2008' for Heads, Elementary Teachers, Lecturers and Masters or Mistresses. While stating this here on Saturday, a spokesman of the Board said that the tests for these four categories of teachers would be held in two shifts on four different dates.
The test for Heads would be conducted on October 4, for Elementary Teachers on October 5, for Lecturers on October 11 and for Masters and Mistresses on October 12.
Admit cards
He said that those candidates who already submitted their application form need not to apply again and their admit cards and examination centres would remain same. Although, they could get their admit cards along with revised date of examination from Board's website www.hbse.nic.in. He said that the candidates who submit incorrect application form and their admit cards were marked "rejected/cancelled" could correct the same on any working day in Board's office up to September 10.
He said that the prospectus or application form to appear for the test was made available at Board Headquarter, Bhiwani and district level Board prescribed book sellers from September 5. The last date for submitting the application forms to Board Headquarters and these authorized centres has been fixed September 19, 2008.
