Due to unprecedented growth in the Indian economy, Gurgaon, thanks to its strategic geographical location, close proximity to the international airport and infrastructure facilities available, is fast emerging on the landscape of industrial and commercial activities. For me, it is the best city to work in. Hundreds of international companies have established their corporate offices here. Huge spaces are being taken up by these multinational organisations which in turn are also instrumental in generating a number of employment opportunities.
There is also an unforeseen inflow of business houses desirous of operating from this area, due to the apt mix of low-cost land, labour and investment. The international look of the city also makes it desirable to present a perfect picture of the growing India to the international clientele.
To explain further, I would like to focus on a professional's life. A day when a professional spends his eight hours of work in the office (a state-of-the-art and modern edifice so rightly placed in the vibrant biz world), and after pushes to live a life at the young hang-outs like malls, pubs, clubs, restaurants or may be gyms. This is where one can even strike a balance between work and life. That's the reason one finds people settling here to live a life one is sketching here.
The rental values in Gurgaon are much better than some of the other cities around. It's a complete city in itself with international malls and brands having cemented their place there. And with the concept of green constructions and environmental safety being taken up by developers in Gurgaon, the environment of the city is also getting better.
To me, other equally important reasons, which make Gurgaon the most sought city as a working destination, are close proximity to the national capital (New Delhi), less pollution or congestion as Delhi and good residential options.
