Has Bestech changed specs of Park View Spa Next

Hi,

Park View Spa Next was launched as a luxury apartment at affordable price.

It was supposed to have the same specs as Park View Spa (including imported marble flooring in living/dining area, modular kitchen and ACs) except that the lobbies were not supposed to be airconditioned. The basic sale price was Rs 3295/= psft.

I went to their site today and found that the BSP for "standard" specifications is Rs. 2950/= psft.

Have they changed the specs and reduced the price or are they also selling apartments with "standard" specs? In that case, what are the standard specs? Anybody has any insight into what has changed?

Thanks.

I for one can comment quite educatedly on some of the positive comments made so far here. I was quite confused to start with but having seen some of the locational advantage that will be available to this one, I think it is an extremely good buy. The Metro station is going to be about 15 minutes walk away, the Sector road riding right on your doorstep and seated near to some  commercial properties coming up nearby as well. This will provide a very good balance of locational advantage, with medical facilities, commute and business parks/ sites nearby, at least by my understanding and notion of requirements.

What I am not sure of here, is if any development is planned for Badshahpur village and such villages (Ramgarh?-not sure of the name) nearby. If anyone knows how the development is planned there it would be most helpful. There might be slight irritants otherwise.

You are quite right in your assessment for I was there this Saturday. Apparently this would be sitting right on the sector road and that is a good thing. This is still cheap given its prospects as the Dwarka Expressway would be very near as well.

Bestech has apparently been good in its promises so far, I was told by a few people I have met. The scope is quite huge.

Bestech Park View Spa Next (none / 0) (#4)
by Unregistered Visitors on Tue Dec 22, 2009 at 01:23:28 AM EST

Hi Friends

I am one of the initial investors in this property when it was still named as Bestech Park View Select.I admit that I had a very bad experience initially as nothing was moving and no commitment was honoured. But things werent any better with any other builder either.

I am an NRI and upon my recent visit to India I paid off my balance amount due after a careful scruitny of that area. There are properties in the same area which are priced higher and present the similar locational advantage of this one.Builders like BPTP, Ansals , Unitech , Tata , IREO ,Pioneer have launched their projects above 3200P.SQ.FT. Bestech's delivery quality has been immaculate and considering that I recommend this to investors and home buyers alike.

Having said that go with a view of the next 18 months minimum as the approach road is not great at the moment.I also had a look at the Master plan and this project shall be right on the main sector road running parallel to Golf Course extension road.Consider this 5 yrs back Sohna road was called outskirts of Gurgaon, and 5 years from now this area shall if not better will definitely be as good as Sohna Road.
Go for this property or any other property in Sector 67/66 area depending your budget.Looking at their current price and specs, this definitely shall give better returns.

Cheers
Avis

Have you booked quite a few apartments in Escape (none / 0) (#2)

The way you are advertising escape in every thread, it looks like you have booked quite a few apartments in Escape and are trying to talk up the prices to exit.
