What Is The Current Status of Mapsko Casa Bella on NH8, in Sector 82, Gurgaon?

Hello,
I am an NRI and have booked a flat in mapsko casa bella project in sector-82. I have a few questions:
- What is the status of the project? Everytime I call the developers they say that the sample flat is being built and the construction will start in a couple of months.
- What is the prevailing price of the project. On the website they advertise Rs. 2,550 psf but I am sure the prevailing price must be lower.
- The developers have informed me that the project has not been approved by any bank for availing loans. They have been telling me for months now that they have sent the valuation report to the banks and the project will be approved shortly. This project was launched almost a year ago. does this mean the project is not good?
- What is the reputation of the builder? In the current slowdown, will they be able to complete the project in reasonable amount of time?
- Will be interested in getting in touch with anybody else who has also booked a flat in Casa Bella.
