I am looking for a 3BR apartment in Vipul Belmonte on the Golf Course Road.

What is the prevailing rate for these apartments?

Go for Escape apartments by Unitech on Golf Course Extension road. They are premium apartments ready for possession this year itself. Comes with ACs, fully fitted modular kitchens, italian marbel, jacuzzi etc..Price is 4500 per square feet..

i was interested in buying escape but some brokers told me that the work has stopped there.also its commanding price lower its booking amount because of that.they suggested me dlf icon.Belmonte was out of my budget for 4 Br.
please suggest.

I think a much better proposition than Escape or Icon is The Close, Nirvana Country. This project is fast nearing completion and will jump atleast 500/sq. ft as it has some great features like a huge club, vast landscaping and great neighborhood.

I think the market is totally deflated; if you look at the quotes people are making they seem to be their original purchase price + the bank interest they would have earned.

I think that is a psychological barrier which still needs to be broken for real price discovery to happen.

So, a good deal is actually paying someone to take away his headache[so called investment] away and paying him what he paid for it i.e. his purchase price only if is *NOT* your problem if he overpaid.
