Real estate developer BPTP today said it has received bookings nearly four times more than its offer of 1,000 flats in a group housing project in the National Capital Region.
The company, however, has not decided yet whether it will expand the project or not.
BPTP had launched an affordable group housing project in Faridabad offering 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom flats between Rs 16.08 lakh and Rs 2556 lakh The booking for same was done on May 9-26.
The housing project BPTP Park Elite Floors received 3,700 bookings during the period against the offer of 1,000 units, the company said in a statement.
"We have got bookings for more units that we targeted. We have not decided on number of units, which we will develop. But the company will try to accommodate all," BPTP Director Sudhanshu Tripathi said.
The company had planned to develop the project on 40 acres of land in the first phase, the possession of which would be given within two years.
The group housing project is a part of BPTP&aposs 1,500 acres integrated township Parklands, which is currently under construction.
The company currently has a land bank of 110 million sq ft, out of which 35 million sq ft are under development.
