How is the Dwarkadhis project in Dharuhera?

Hi,

I am looking for a 2BHK flat in an around Gurgaon.

Since my budget is less, I am trying for some new areas near Gurgaon.

Can anyone tell me about the Dwarkadhish project in Dharuhera? Is it worth buying there? Builders are telling that it will be completed by 2010 end.

Please advise.

This is well known that money makes people autonomous. But what to do if somebody has no money? The only one way is to receive the <a href="http://bestfinance-blog.com/topics/credit-loans">credit loans</a> and consolidation loan.

was some body visited at Aravali Heights Projects Site just some time back? Did Builder is in a position to handover the possession in Dec-10 as committed.

Any scope of appreciation of our investment?

What about Link Road to Project from NH-8?

dwarkadhis builder,dharuhera construction in full swing.it seems to be completed in startin of 2011.

If you have the luxury of time at your disposal you may try to look into projects which are currently in the booking phase like

Also since payments would be over 3-4 years do you think you can go upto 30 lacs?

  1. Ninex Corona 2BHK 1051 sq feet for around 25 lakhs all inclusive, 2+1 BHK for 30 lacs

  2. Atrium 2 BHK for 25 laks, 3 bhk for 30 laks

  3. Tulip Orange for 28 laks 3-BHK

  4. Vatika India next project at sector 82 gurgaon. There are some type of units in the 25 laks range.

Though some of these projects are just launched or delayed, but in the budget range are good options

Also consider Indiabulls Centrum, 3BHK - 30 lakhs all inclusive.

the main approach road for dwarkadhis was supposed to be by the side of aravalis. i guess there's no news on that. plus last heard in terms of mandatory clearance they don't have all. chexk out if any bank has started giving loans and on what conditions... they normally give loans once the buildar has necessary approvals... when in doubt STAY AWAY. Do go by brokers, once they pocket their commission, they will wash of their hands.

SBI, LIC and PNB is giving loans as informed by the builder. one of my friend has recently bought there with loan from LIC. bit I dont have any informations about the mandatory approvals.

Try Closer to Main Gurgaon (none / 0) (#8)

It would be bettre if you try to go closer to main Gurgaon. Sector 82 is one option. Some others have been mentioned in earlier comments. Dwarkadish does nopt have all approvals at present. That is why major banks like SBI, HDFC, ICICI are not giving loans. If in doubt contact the developer and tell him you are getting loan from govt deptt but need certificate that all mandatory clearances have been obtained and project has been given NOC and sanctioned. Get copy of sanction letter.

Dwarkadhis, a new and a reliable name in the real estate established in 2005)...
I have invested in this project (Aravali heights-1) and went to Dharuhera last sunday itself...The project is going on at a decent pace (not not many other builders have started their projects yet)...All the major banks are providing loan for this project...
Although this is the first project of Dwarkadhis, I still invested in this project...as they have earned a great respect globally with their brand MAGPPIE...Its an internationally acclaimed brand and has roots in around 25 countries...If there are any doubts you can visit Dharuhera and look at the construction which is going on at great pace...
Also see the honesty of the builder, as they update the photographs of the construction in their site (http://dwarkadhis.in) on monthly basis..Recently they uploaded the photographs for the month of May, 09.
Moreover MD of the company Mr. Sulekh Jain is a trustworth person, and earns a huge reputation in the business world.

Also the 250 feet wide road has got teh sanction under section 17-C and lets hope the work for that road starts sooner or later...It will be touching the outer periphery of the Dwarkadhis Project (aravali Heights-1)

I would like to appriciate dwarkadhis for the tranparency by making systamatic planning of the project. Across Gurgaon and Dharuwera, this is the only project which is running in good pace. Even if in the origianl contract, wooden floor was not the part of contract but MD of dwarkadhis has decided to give this at his cost which makes lots of difference. You can see now these days all builders (reknown) ask for every single panny in case you ask for any dam small thing, where in wodden floor I hope cost around Rs 50,000.

So you can imagine the kind of commitment Dwarkadhis want to give to his customer.

Till date - Dwarkadhis seems to be a fraud (none / 0) (#12)

Brought a flat in April 2007 which was initially told to be costing 48,00,000 but now the price to be paid is touching 60,00,000.

You can well guess the type of builder, who asked for more money giving the reason that the size of the flat is coming out to be more than what was expected. Don't know what blue prints he had earlier and where he put this new line to make it bigger.

Don't find this builder and his arguments reliable.
No milestones are met or nearby the dates promised at booking time. The only thing thats in pace is payments to be made.
Already have Rs 20 lakhs on stake. Would not suggest anyone to invest with this guy.

He named himself after another renowed builder Dwarkadhis Buildwell and naming the projects after him... Antriksh Heights changed to Aravali Heights... just to fool people...

My 20 lacs also have been  eaten away by the Dwarksdhish builder and the agent. the agent is not traceble.
All false committment , rates were increased , no approvals , project extremely delayed.

I am filing court case against the builder. People who have similar issues , we must share our experience pls send email to rajharsh166@gmail.com
