Are There Any Pending Legal Issues Regarding Land For Spanish Terraces in Palam Vihar?

Hi,

I wanted to buy a builder floor in Ansals API developed Spanish Terrace - C2 Block Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.

Can anyone please tell me if there are any legal issues on the land purchased by Ansals? In 2005/2006 when the project was launched there were issue on this portal regarding the land not being acquired by right means and a case pending in courts.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

As far as i know the story is

1) Ansal sold Spanish terrace in 2005 in C1 block...but there was issue with the land...which was commercial...so people had to wait till early 2007......at that time ansal provided them alternative land in Block c2....
So the current units in Block C2 are totally OK

2) Ansal also sold spanish terrace in 2006 in C2 ( only 12 units )...for which there was no land issue

So in summary there seems to be no issue with land for spanish terrace at this momment of time....

Better confirm from 2-3 more sources...

Spanish Terraces in Palam Vihar is a home of the elites in Gurgaon. It is a freehold property containing 3 independent floors on each plot where second floor owner has exclusive terrace rights, and ground floor owner gets some lawn. Second floors are often the most sought after in these kinds of floors. Registrations of independent floors are already being done. So, it's a fully legal luxurious property near the green belt of gurgaon.

Palam vihar is closer to the airport than most other areas of Gurgaon and has been the focus of real estate expansion and development recently based on the Gurgaon 2021 master plan. It is where most of the new sectors are coming up, and metro and new highway also to Dwarka and other places. With the nearby IGI airport also having numerous development plans, palam vihar and spanish terraces have a very bright future both from investment and from living perspectives.

Spanish Terraces are fully constructed newly built luxurious independent floors in palam vihar gurgaon. Registration of these properties has also been completed by original owners. Approximate cost per floor is over Rs. 1 crore. They lie is the green belt of gurgaon, very open and green surroundings with easy access to nearby shopping malls, amusement parks, schools, hotels, highways, hospitals, colleges, multi-national companies and the international and domestic airports. Very posh neighborhood with many NRIs, educated and high class people living in the area.

In my opinion, palam vihar is even better than south delhi and sushant lok as it is very green and upcoming with lots of high end people moving in. Location! Location! Location! Awesome from both investment and living perspective.
