Haryana Govt Starts Job Oriented Courses In 49 CollegesBy akansha, Section Education
The Haryana Government has started new courses or job oriented courses in 49 colleges from the current academic session in its endeavour to make higher education excessible to more and more students in the State.
Giving details of colleges where new/job oriented courses have been started, a spokesman of the Higher Education said that MA Economics had been started in Government College, Naraingarh, Faridabad and Karnal, M.Com in Government College, Naraingarh, Gurgaon, Tohana and Gohana. M.F.C. had been started in Government College, Naraingarh and Gurgaon. He said that B.Sc.C.Science had been started in Government College, Naraingarh and course of Hospitality, P.G.diploma in Retailing and Logistic Mgt., PG diploma in Mass Communication and Home Science had been started in Government College, Ambala Cantt. B.Sc.Medical had been started in Government College, Ambala Cantt. and Hodal. M.Sc.IT and LLB. had been started in Government College, Panchkula, he added. He said that PGDCA had been started in Government College, Panchkula, Narwana, Krishan Nagar in Mahendragarh and Kanwali, BTM-1 Unit had been started in Government College for Women in Panchkula and Matak Majri in Karnal. BBA-1 Unit had been started in Government College for Women in Panchkula and BBA had been started in Government College, Bhiwani, Government College, Bhiwani (Women), Hodal, Jatauli H.Mandi in Gurgaon, Tauru, Adampur, Barwala in Hisar, Hansi and Ratia. M.Ed and one unit of B.Ed. had been started in Government College of Education, Bhiwani, M.Sc.Computer had been started in Government College, Faridabad and Rohtak. Sociology, Geography, B.Sc.(M), Comp.Sc.as a subject in B.Sc.Psychology had been started in Government College, Hodal, Music (V) (If staff available) had been started in Government College, Tigaon, district Bhiwani.
M.A.Sociology, M.A.Psychology, M.A.Hindi, M.A.Political Science had been started in Dron Government College, Gurgaon and M.A.in Psychology had also been started in Government College, Karnal, M.A.Geography had been started in Government College for Women, Gurgaon. M.Sc.Maths, MCA, B.A,(Hons) in Economics and B.A.(Hons) in Maths had been started in Government College, Gurgaon. B.Sc.Computer Science and B.Sc.IT had been started in Government College, Kaithal and B.Sc.Computer Science had also been started in Government College, Jhajjar. B.A.Hons in Geogrphy had been started in Government College, Jind. The spokesman said that M.A.English had been started in Government College, Narwana and Ateli, Functional English M.Sc.Chemistry had been started in Government College, Narnaul and two units of B.Ed had been started in Government College of Education, Narnaul. Economic Hons. and Maths Hons. had been started in Pt.NRS Government College (Boys), Rohtak. Certificate course in teaching of English, in preparation of potable water and Disaster Management had been started in Government College, Hisar.
