Why Is Parsvnath Not Handing Over Plots In Parsvnath City , Dharuhera?

By AUS, Section Ask Questions
Posted on Tue Jun 09, 2009 at 03:54:21 AM EST

Hello,

What is the status of the Parsvnath City Township at Dharuhera?

I have paid the entire amount and have been waiting to get possession of the plot, and why is Parsvnath not executing the sale deed in my name when i am ready to pay the stamp duty and charges.

Whenever i have called Parsvnath office, they tell me that there are some delays with the authorities and it should be done in one/two weeks.

Are there any other people who are in this situation? Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You are right! I see that roads and infrastructure has been done for the township but the construction of buildings and villas is not going on nowadays. We get the same reply that you posted from their office.Let us hope that constructions starts soon and all rumors are false.

last month only PARSVNATH got delhi metro station contract. will delhi govt allot such contract to a failing company.

But then why is the builder not sticking with the promises they have made to so many people who have invested their hard earned money with them? This is not a small thing. Commitments must be met or the money should be returned to the investors with interest. It is fine to take new projects but what about the uncompleted projects. They should be completed first and delivered to the bleeding investors. We all are also facing Cash crunch issues but we are not misleading anyone.

I cannot disagree with you. There is a credit crunch in UK as well but still everybody in UK is behaving in most ethical manner and undertaking all their obligations normally and delivering everything as promised. This is Subhash Mahajan from London, who recently brought this problem to the attention of our distinguished PM. If ever, you need to go to Court quite reluctantly ofcourse and as a last option, then I might be able to recommend you some good solicitor from India.

Don't cry baby!

What do you think the courts are meant for?

Best of luck because 'yeah, India ka real-estate hai, bidhoo.'

Bye.

Biddoo- seems you have some experience with this muck already.Anyway let us hope for the best and yeah courts are always there for justice but it is always better to settle without there being a need to go to court. There are so many like me who are facing this problem.
