Hello,

Does anybody have any clue of the status of Vipul World Commercial on Sohna Road?

M/S Vipul is maintaining a stony silence about it and the only mark of its presence is a hole in the ground.

Are there others like me - dumb investors?

Can we rally together and get some answers out of this company that claims to "Create Happiness"!!!

Shame! Shame! Vipul. You are creating Unhappiness! Isn't there a concerted voice possible to create momentum against this kind of shameless unprofessionalism and downright thievery?

Delay in construction of Vipul World Commercial (none / 0) (#1)

The project was launched by Vipul in year 2005, they collected the initial payment and after waiting for almost 2 years they started digging at site. They shamelessly asked for the payment due on execution which was paid by the alloties, it is surprising that although the execution work has been completed six months back not even a brick has been put there. This clearly shows how company has made fool of investor in their project.

You have rightly mentioned that all of us should get together and file a criminal complain against the promoter for committing a fraud.

Recently I received a letter that my unit number has been changed and a new one has been allotted. Is this normal ?

Builder cannot change your unit number. I have heard private builders keep changing location of your unit frequently.
So, you should take Buyers agreement from them.

Hi,
I agree with some of the comments here about VIPUL not being customer friendly since I booked a flat in Vipul Green in 2004 (Tower 4) and till date haven't got a hold of same. If you try to speak to someone in VIPUL they give you new dates for handover and employees don't know how to talk to people. To say the least they are rude and dont understand anything about customer service.

I'm sue few other people are still waiting for possesion and was wondering if we could jointly talk to VIPUL.

I'm happy to share my mobile number (9910500825) with people who want to take this up with VIPUL jointly.
