Final developmental plan of Gurgaon-Manesar urban development complex has come under the high court scanner. A Gurgaon-based industrialist in a petition filed before Punjab and Haryana High Court has sought the directions to state of Haryana for quashing of notification pertaining to the plan.
The petitioner filed through counsel Puneet Bali claimed to benefit the influential builders lobby, the authorities have realigned the road in final development plan, putting over 40 small industrialists under threat of existence, who were not touched by the draft development plan.
Taking up the petition, the Bench headed by Justice MM Kumar has issued notice of motion on the petition and have directed the state of Haryana to maintain status quo.
